In all bathrooms, these tasks will be completed:
- Clean toilets inside and out including the base
- Clean tubs and showers
- Clean towel bars and toilet paper holder
- Dust light fixtures if reachable
- All points of contact cleaned (light switches, door knobs)
- Window sills wiped cleaned
- Clean mirrors
- Clean countertops, sinks and faucets
- Empty trash
- Sweep/vacuum floor
- mop hard floors
In all other rooms including hallways and common areas, these tasks will be completed:
- Dust furniture, picture frames and other items/decorations
- All points of contact cleaned (light switches, door knobs)
- Window sills wiped clean
- Ceiling fans dusted as needed, if reachable
- Empty trash if full
- Vacuum floors
- Mop floors
Add on services:
- Clean inside of the stove (stove door, interior racks, & warming drawer)
- Clean inside of the fridge (shelving and drawers)
- Deep clean the base boards (remove stubborn dirt build up)
- Deep clean the blinds (remove stubborn dirt build up)
- Dust walls
- Dust and wet wipe doors
- Dust AC vents
- Interior windows other than sliding glass door and kitchen window above sink
Move in/out cleaning:
- Clean window and window sills
- All baseboards wiped clean
- Clean wall outlets and light switch plates
- All appliances cleaned inside and out (in kitchen and laundry room)
- Clean Counters
- Faucets and sinks cleaned and polished
- Clean inside and outside drawers and handles
- Doors and walls cleaned if needed
- Cabinets cleaned inside and out
- Vacuum carpet
- Vacuum and mop hard floors
- Clean mirrors
- Medicine cabinet cleaned inside and out
- Clean bathtub and door
- Clean shower and tracks
- Tile & grout cleaned (Set in stains may not be removable
- Light fixtures dusted and cleaned inside and out (if removed by client)
- Towel bar cleaned
- Toilet paper roll holder cleaned
- Clean toilet, including base and behind
- Temperature control unit wiped clean
- Shelving in closets wiped (coat closet, pantry, bedroom closets)
In all bedrooms, these tasks will be completed:
- Dust surfaces (tables, stands, dressers, etc)
- Dust furniture picture frames and other items/decorations
- All points of contact cleaned (light switches, door knobs)
- Ceiling fans dusted as needed, if reachable
- Clean mirrors
- Clean sliding glass door
- Empty trash
- Vacuum floors
- Mop hard floors
- Window sills wiped clean
In the kitchen, these tasks will be completed:
- Counters cleaned – all items removed & replaced, if possible (uncluttered)
- Exterior cabinets spot cleaned
- Faucet and sink cleaned & polished if dishes are not present
- Dust furniture, picture frames and other items/decorations
- Clean sliding glass door and window above sink if reachable
- Outside of fridge cleaned
- Outside of stove cleaned
- Outside of microwave cleaned
- Outside of dishwasher cleaned
- All points of contact cleaned (light switches, door knobs)
- Ceiling fans dusted as needed, if reachable
- Window sills wiped clean
- Vacuum floors
- Mop floors
- empty trash
Post Construction Cleaning:
- Dust all areas
- Wiping and polishing hard surfaces
- Clean bathtubs and showers, toilet and sink
- Clean doors
- Clean door frames and handles
- Clean windows
- Clean window sills
- Clean mirrors
- Clean base boards
- Clean light fixtures and switches
- Vacuum and mop hard floors
